Food. Gold. Silver. Jobs. Money. All things that are important to us, all more expensive than before.
Overpopulation. War. Earthquakes. Oil "spills." Tsunamis. Droughts. Food shortages. Lots of them. More than ever before.
I thought this brave new world of the future back when I was a kid was gonna be real cool! But it has turned out to be more like a bad dream getting worse every day.
I realize that this is a world based on lack. You lack another layer in a snowstorm. You lack coolness in a heatwave. You lack love and feel lonely. You lack money and can't make the rent on the 1st. You lack a job but you want to work. You are rich, but you lack love you can't have. You employ 10,000 people but you lack the family you dreamed of.
This world, our universe, is based on lack, and death. What here doesn't die? Most things here can't survive long without something else, plant or animal, or lately Earth itelf, dying.
I for one have chosen the opposite way of thinking to everything that tries to grab my attention here in the world. I choose every day to forgive everything I see, good or bad. Gaddafi. Netanyahu. Bernanke. Obama. Clinton. Either of them. Lieberman. Bachmann. Blair. I even go back in time, as from what I study a memory is just as real as a "current" observation. King George. Hitler. Mussolini. Attila the Hun. Vlad the Impaler. You can't affect me, even if you did torture and kill most of my relatives a thousand years ago. Because I forgive you for everything you have ever done. You were just mistaken as to what you were and where you were. I don't want to make that same error, so I will just go on forgiving everything, the spilled milk, the pretty sunrise, the chirping bird, the cop, the priest. All forgiven. And at the same time I am forgiving myself. It feels good.

Thoughts on Time

I am always looking for more knowledge when it comes to the subject of time. Eckhart Tolle’s The Power of Now emphasizes that past and present and time itself are mere illusions which need to be dropped in deference to the present eternal moment called "Now." I have practiced this and I agree that the less time spent thinking about the past or future, the better one feels, as far as the more peace one feels.

Then there is a book by a guy with a very long name called Flow: The Psychology of Optimal Experience, by Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi. I explored this book about 20 years ago, it was a fascinating read. Basically it talks about “optimal experience” being those times where time disappears and you are just “in the zone” so to speak. When playing music perhaps, or when involved in a detailed task of some sort. This idea is paralleled by Tolle when he recommends using “clock time” for tasks needed in this world, but not to let your mind drift into the substrata of “psychological time,” basically identifying with a false self that has no identity without reference to the past. I have found these ideas helpful in quickly gaining peace in the middle of a busy day simply by trying to forget time and get into the “flow” of whatever I am doing in the present moment.

Imagine my pleasure when, while listening to my A Course in Miracles audiobook, this little gem popped up during a discussion entitled Heralds of Eternity:
“Why should it take so many holy instants to let this be accomplished, when one would do? There is but one. The little breath of eternity that runs through time like golden light is all the same; nothing before it, nothing afterwards. You look upon each holy instant as a different point in time. It never changes. All that it ever held or will ever hold is here right now. The past takes nothing from it, and the future will add no more. Here, then, is everything.”

I believe if we just let that thought sink in and just feel that same constant never-changing eternal moment that we are in right now, everything will flow and we can forget the past completely, which seems to be the real key to peace.

It is starting to sink in!

Three years. Thirty-six months. 1,085 days. 156 Sundays. That is approximately how long I have been reading, studying, listening, memorizing, repeating, writing, absorbing. Everything I can get my hands on. Scores of books. Big tubs full of audiobooks. I never thought I would be someone who devours physics books. Or stays up til 1 on a weeknight reading the "Nag Hamadi Scriptures." But here I am. There I am, browsing another bookstore's "New Age", "Religion" and "Science" sections. Craving ideas. Knowledge. Putting together ideas from here and there and mixing them like a chef to see if the parts are compatible. To find out if the whole is bigger than the sum of its parts. Guess what? It is! The more I read, the more I listen, the more I learn, the tighter the pieces fit together and the more confidence I gain that my theories that came to me three years ago are onto something useful and important to me. And if they are useful and important to me, I suspect they could be useful and important to a lot of people. These days every day I am noticing that the practices I have been preaching are coming to me naturally much more often, and my days are going better day to day. Every bit of information I add to the grey matter helps focus my purpose to a sharper point in front of my vision. I feel my purpose gelling. My calling getting within reach. It feels good to wake up with a purpose. I encourage you to do what you feel you are called to do. Anything else is just shorting yourself.

What did Dr Hew really do?

I have been immersed lately in a 56-cd set of the audiobook of "A Course in Miracles." I listen to one cd at a time, over and over for about a week or so, back and forth on my way to work on my car's cd player. I don't switch the cd to the next one until I understand it 99% completely, as I never expect 100% of anything! I am finding out that I am an "audio" learner. I had read most of the ACIM text, but it had never sunk in like it is now through these cd's. What I find over and over is that all my avenues of study and learning on my quest for peace meet like four or five freeways all sharing the same interchange.

Remember the ho'oponopono man Dr Hew Len who cured and rendered unnecessary an entire hospital ward for the criminally insane in Hawaii? Well according to ACIM it appears we have another piece of the jigsaw fitted....it is possible that the good miracle worker was merely taking himself into what the course calls "The Holy Instant" over and over day after day and week after week. As the course teaches, the entire universe is healed when we simply stop thinking of the past or future and surrender our mind to the holy spirit and let it be guided on autopilot that way.

Whenever I have doubt or any form of fear that this world is so eager and happy to give, I simply do what Dr Hew did, and I say "I love you" over and over to the divine in all of us, and everything starts going very well. I may just cure this runaway insane economy while I work on taxes, who knows? Want to help me?

Problems Part III as promised!

.
Time flies! It has been a long time since I wrote about problem-solving methods. Heck, it's been a long time since I wrote about anything! I need to quit my day job!

My third problem-solving technique is really not even a technique per se. Let me explain.

A Course in Miracles is the ultimate self-help course. In it one will find, besides the text and a section called the "Manual for Teachers," a workbook filled with 365 lessons, one for each day of the year. One of those lessons, number 79, begins:

"A problem cannot be solved if you do not know what it is. Even if it is really solved already you will still have the problem, because you will not recognize that it has been solved. This is the situation of the world."

It continues proclaiming that there is only ever ONE problem, "Separation." Separation in the course simply means that we think we have separated from our Creator. When examined, the idea that anything or anyone could ever be seperate from its creator is fairly hard to fathom.

So the Course simply states that your only problem is that you think you have seperated from God. And that in reality that never could have happened as it would be impossible to do so. So therefore you cannot have any problems at all. If you think you have problems these are merely "constructs" of an unreal world which in essence is like a giant dream lasting multiple lifetimes but going nowhere as it is all mind-stuff.

So I use this this way - whenever I feel a "problem" occuring or starting to surface, I simply repeat to myself silently in my head "there is only one problem, my seperation problem, and that problem never actually occured and could never occur." What happens when I remember to do this, and remembering is the hardest part, is that whatever is happening just gets solved because I am no longer dwelling on it and labeling it as a problem, I actually tell myself that I really don't care about this problem. This makes it less powerful of a force to ruin my day, and it almost becomes something I can chuckle about.

I dare you to try this today. I would love to hear whether it helps your feeling about your day and all the "problems" in it!

Problems, Schmoblems! (Part 2 of 3)

Well I trust you have been walking along the razor's edge for a few days! Here comes another idea for handling those pesky problems! This one is courtesy of Joe Vitale and Dr Hew Len, my favorite Hawaiian Ho'oponopono guy!

According to the book "Zero Limits," problems are simply memories replaying. They will dominate your mind and hence your life as long as you let those old gramophones keep playing over and over.

Ho'oponopono simply asks you to replace those memories replaying with the phrases "I Love You, I'm Sorry, Please Forgive Me, and Thank You." This is telling the devine which is inside us all that you are grateful that He is there, you have "caught" the program that brought a "problem" into your awareness (this could be overeating, being out of money, your child's tantrums, an allergy or disease, or world peace and bad government, or anything) and you don't know how you caught it, but you are sorry this problem is in your awareness, you are asking the divine to forgive this situation, and you show gratitude for the help which the divine always offers.

This mental ritual will change your life. But you must try it. Which reminds me of the guy who said, "Lord, PLEASE let me win the lottery," and a big voice from heaven says "But Frank, you've gotta buy a ticket!" In other words, reading and studying these methods is all well and good, but I dare you to really try this for a whole day, whenever you remember to do it, and I bet you will notice how good of a day you have, and I bet some weird "coincidences" will occur! When you receive an unexpected check, or somebody enters your life at just the right time, you can thank divine providence....over and over and over in your head!

Stay tuned for Part 3!

<link rel='alternate' type='text/html' href='http://academyofchange.blogspot.com/2011/02/problems-schmoblems-part-2-of-3.html' title='Problems, Schmoblems! Part 1 of 3

Remember that old tune? I paraphrased a bit, but I think it is familiar. Well I have been working on "problems" a lot the past few months. But I don't mean in the sense that I have problems, and I am working on them. I mean I am working on the whole grand theory of the world of problems in general. And wouldn't you know it.....my three favorite books all have a method of "problem-solving" that works! Put all three together and "Voila" your day just got 100% better, and you didn't have to rely on anyone else or anything else happening to make it work.

First of the three is Eckhart Tolle's "The Power of Now" solution. In a nutshell, it is simply this: ask yourself, "What problem do I have RIGHT NOW? Not in ten seconds, not in ten minutes, not next tax season, but RIGHT NOW!" If you have reached the point, after practicing, where you can "be present" in the present moment, you will see that it is true, there are no problems right now. But here is where the magic happens....picture yourself as the zen master who according to Tolle "walks along the razor's edge of the eternal now." Guess what? Try it and see. You can walk along that edge and you will be problem-free guaranteed....UNTIL the moment when your conciousness slips back below the level you were at on the razor's edge of now. When you slip down a notch, your problems will all be there waiting for you in the basement of conciousness, or the time-driven temporal world we normally inhabit. Please try this and see if I am right, it can't hurt, it's free! Stay tuned for Part Two of this three-part series!

"I Was Working in the Lab...Late One Night" ( Early Morning Lucid Dreaming )

Knock knock knock, I heard resonating from my front door. But wait, why is the guy who helps with the yardwork knocking? I had gotten up an hour earlier, helped my son get off to school, noticed the yardwork being done, and had gone back to sleep for an hour before hitting the pavement to work for the umpteenth time. So I rose and strode into the living room, finding the front door ajar, and after opening it further, I saw that a 1960's Volkswagen van was pulled up on the porch parallel to the door just inches away. That is when the most pleasant surprise hit me. I hadn't had one of these in months: I was conscious in an early-morning dream. I was lucid, as they say. The world outside the door was my oyster. I had experienced this type of dream many times before and had always enjoyed them thoroughly, but this time, I was determined to put it to good use.

Since I am constantly "working" during my waking hours on understanding the key concept of A Course in Miracles which plainly promotes that "Your sleeping and your waking dreams merely have different forms, and that is all." Additionally, "All your time is spent in dreaming."

"Level confusion" is what makes us forget we are lying safely in our beds when we become immersed in our nocturnal dreamworlds, after all it seems so REAL! The Course promotes the theory that our waking lives are also fictional, and the "level" above us here, or, the "bed that we are sleeping in," is actually a state outside of space and time, where everything is one and perfect, the Course calls it "heaven" where we actually dwell, one level up.

So here I am, stepping out my front door, around the front of that beige Volkswagen van, and out into the "world" which I am now the master of, as I know I am lying in bed, but I am on a cool mind-trip this morning. It is difficult to keep the lucidity going, one tends to fall back into the dream and lose the lucid character of it. But since I have been working so hard on my Course work, I will use this special dream as an experiment to prove to myself the possibility that "all my time is spent in dreaming."

One thing I consciously did was fly. I always do that in lucid dreams! But this time I paid very close attention to the feeling of the wind on my feet. I was leaning back, I had my flip-flops on, and I was just cruising down the road about three feet (one yard, that is) above the road. "Yes," I said to myself, "that is exactly how the wind feels against my skin in 'real life.'" I realized that my mind was completely capable of making this feeling exactly like it feels in the "waking" time, or the "waking dream."

My next concentrated experiment was when I found myself in an Ace Hardware store. I devised this plan.....I have found the Law of Attraction falling short in practice in real life, in other words, I desire to change the outside world, the screen, if you will, but it never quite gets "remodeled" the way I would like it, other people don't always cooperate. So I experimented....I will steal this alarm clock, and I will test this "dreamworld" and see if in a real lucid dream, there is no "opposition" to my wish, maybe I can just leave with the clock. Well lo and behold, very similar to the observed waking opposition to my goals and desires I just mentioned, when I took one step outside the door of the store, there was an Ace employee there in uniform, saying "Hey you can't just take that!" I was disappointed that the path had not been 100% clear, but, I realized upon waking and reflecting on this that this demonstrated that in the dream, I am NOT 100% certainly able to craft exactly down to the last person, place or thing exactly what I may THINK I desire, but there is, like in our Constitiution, checks and balances to complete freedom and control of every last little detailed thing.

This opportune dream I was able to experience helps me toward my goal of working with the process of ho'oponopono and The Power of Now and A Course in Miracles. Two helpful features of the Course are 1) the time taken for the coursework is optional, there is no required timeframe for completion, and 2) you do not have to BELIEVE the exercises, you just need to do them.

Lucid dreaming, according to Eckhart Tolle in The Power of Now, "can be interesting and fascinating, but is not liberating." I agree with him on all three points, and would add that it can also be "educational."

EXTRA EXTRA Physicist Confirms Course in Miracles Theory!

In today's London Telegraph, famed physicist Stephen Hawking is quoted thusly:

"God was not needed to create the universe." In other words, according to the famous scientist, the Big Bang was the result of the inevitable laws of physics and did not need God to spark the creation of the universe.

I found this very appropos to everything I have been studying. Gary Renard in The Disappearance of the Universe says the very same thing. His book, which is a transcript of his conversations with "Ascended Masters" who visited him 17 times over nine years and explained to him in detail what the real meaning of A Course in Miracles is all about, is a must-read for any student of quantum physics, ho-oponopono, and the Course.

The basis of the Course can be summed up in what Hawking is saying: God has nothing whatsoever to do with the idle dream we are experiencing. Some might say this fact is unsettling or shocking, but after letting it sink in for a long time, I have found it quite the opposite. I experience it as very liberating. It is like a weight has been removed from my shoulders, I hope some of that feeling has reached you too.

The article mentioned above can be found at telegraph.co.uk/science/science-news

It can also be linked to by visiting the news-site rense.com

Time Waits for No One? Thoughts on Time and Mind

Part of my quest for truth began when I noticed the similarities running through all of the brilliant works I was reading. I had noticed that Eckhart Tolle's "The Power of Now" had a lot of similarities to "A Course in Miracles." Time, in the course, as in Tolle, is merely an illusion. The course goes even further, and states that the ONLY purposeful use for time is for healing. In other words, time used for any other purpose (read: money, travel, work, play, NFL games, skateboarding, fill in the blank) is actually doing nothing, accomplishing nothing, and "chasing after wind."

The course goes on further than this, though. It posits that time is such an illusion that it is no more, and was actually over and done long ago. Everything we observe is merely the recollection of a tiny tick of time when the "original sin," the "fall of man," the banishment from Eden, or whatever you want to call it occurred and was immediately then corrected, never to be experienced again in reality but only in the mind dreaming of illusion (read: you and me.)

My mind has a hard time grasping this. I am sure yours does too. After all, everything you believed for all these years never really happened, if one is to believe the course. Luckily, the course does not ask us to believe this. It merely asks us to read about this and consider this. It knows how used to the world we are, and how much resistance our egos have to these "crazy thoughts."

The good thing I notice when I think about this is that when I do spend part of my day fully in the now and telling myself this whole place is an illusion, that part of the day goes very well indeed. Better than lots of other parts of the day, like when I am caught up unconscious in "work," thought, or anything of the world. So, my feeling about time is this: I will tell my mind that it is over and gone, I will feel peace while thinking this way, and at the other times I will be caught up in the "world" so I won't really be thinking at all in any important sense of the word "think," until the next time I can get myself to that quiet peaceful place outside of time and mind.

<link rel='alternate' type='text/html' href='http://academyofchange.blogspot.com/2010/08/time-waits-for-no-one-thoughts-on-time.html' title='Time Waits for No One? Experiments by Gary Schwartz PhD, subtitled How Science is Finding God in Everything, Including Us. A chapter discussing the Copernican Revolution really grabbed my attention.
His point is this: Before science even thought up the idea that the Earth revolved around the Sun, the basic belief that the Sun rose, revolved and set around the Earth was a "correct" conclusion based on observation of what was available to the five senses; every morning the sun "rose" over the horizon from the east and "set" over the horizon to the west.

Today we find ourselves collectively at the same place as our ancestors. We observe our bodies going through our daily routines, separate from all the other bodies we see and interact with. Based on the observations of the world we see, smell, hear, taste and touch we conclude that we ARE separate bodies separated from each other and from our source, wherever it is we came from.

Suppose that we learn new ideas about what we really are. Suppose that we are skeptical enough to entertain the thought that we are in reality only dreaming of this world, while we are actually safe with the Source, and in reality we never left.

We would be just like Copernicus. If we tell everyone we meet that we have found the way to peace, we would be possibly laughed at, or at least typecast into a group of "crazies" who believe there is a way out of everyone else's daily fear-based system. Churches might even take offense to the idea that we might espouse: that God or The Divine has nothing whatsoever to do with the physical world of form that we observe on the screen.

Copernicus and his ilk were jailed, tortured, and even executed for their "wacky" beliefs. Luckily so far anyway we run no risk of persecution, but is it a bad thing to challenge the world's everyday thinking? Look around, is a lot of this really anything to write home about? The more I experience the inner, the less attraction the outer offers. I prefer to believe the earth revolves around the sun! Even though both the earth and the sun are merely ideas in our collective mind that sleeps!

"For my part, whatever anguish of spirit it may cost, I am willing to know the whole truth; to know the worst, and to deal with it." - Patrick Henry

A Ship is Safe in Port, but that is not what Ships are For!

What are your goals? No, not how much money you want to make. Or how big of a house you want to buy. Why are you here reading this? I ask rhetorically because I believe you have a spiritual goal or else you would not be reading this post.

I also believe that if you have been practicing the exercises we learned together, you are feeling less magnetic attraction pulling you toward the pile of money or the big house, though you may be piling up money as a result of your practicing! But I bet it is not the tantalizing goal dangling in front of your nose that it used to be.

This little essay is about a side effect of the practices we have worked on. Tell me if you notice that when you do the exercises, you have less fear. Fear of that daily background buzz of uncomfortableness the world delivers a steady diet of every day.

A student/teacher (we are all both all the time!) told me recently that the fear in her daily life is going by the wayside. She is slowly materializing into a fearless woman after years of not being very fearless, and she credits these simple exercises.

Think about the many side benefits we may be getting when we practice. Now is the time to re-double the work and the I Love You's and the forgiveness thoughts. Jesus said in so many words, "It is easier for a camel to fit through the eye of a needle than for a rich man to achieve the kingdom of heaven."

Churches, in their infinite convenient wisdom, will often take that type of proverb and turn it into a sales pitch for the donation plate, insinuating that Jesus meant that riches are evil, so "leave them all here with us and you will be poor and thus able to reach heaven faster." Ha! How convenient...and how wrong!

What is being said is what we have previously discussed....that by concentrating on the "worldly" side, which is the ego's side of the mind, one ignores the inner light that needs to be accessed in order to return to spirit, the "correct" side of our mind. So the proverb really means, to paraphrase again, "If you concentrate on the world all the time, you are making the dream-world into a reality for you, and you will never even begin to listen to spirit, which beckons you back to the real world, but only if you choose to listen."

I can't tell you how many times I notice that by tuning out the world through forgiveness and "I Love You," the world just becomes such a better place to me. Things go better, people are nicer, I have to compare it again to fixing the projector. So much better than using a Sharpie(TM) on the screen!

Another Projector Repaired!

A very "aware" acquaintance who I have learned a lot from had never heard of the "clearing" we have learned. I introduced her to our "clearing" method. She had some fantastic results which she credits directly to saying "I Love You" over and over to the source inside her mind.
She had been stressing over an upcoming trip....how would she get to the airport? Also, she had investment property that needed to be prepped to be ready to rent but who would do it and where would the money come from? To boot, she had a daughter who never communicated and she had felt badly about the distance between her and this child.
Shortly after learning of the clearing method I teach, she miraculously was approached by someone who would be glad to give her a free ride to the airport. Incredibly, she ran into a handyman who did the entire paint and repair job quickly and well on her investment property for a very reasonable fee. Yes, you guessed it. Her daughter called out of the blue, in tears, wanting to finally let it all out and communicate.
I have paraphrased a bit for this posting, but this new seeker is convinced it is the clearing that brought all this good fortune very quickly into her life. This is an experienced metaphysical woman, but she learned a shortcut to peace and prosperity, and I wanted to share her experiences with all of you.
Persistence is the key.......try mentally saying "I Love You" today as often as you can, while emptying your mind of all past thoughts and future worries. I promise you will be glad you did, and I look forward to your email describing the miracles you will soon be experiencing.

The Inspiration Age is here!

We were all promised such a bright future. Remember the end of the Space Age? At the beginning of the Information Age? I do! Work weeks in the wonderful future would be shorter, because machines would do all the work! Well, work weeks are very short indeed, just ask anyone who is unemployed!

With this wonderful new Age, who would have dreamed that most families would need at least two workers to bring home enough dough to pay the rent?! Treaties like NAFTA and CAFTA have moved jobs out of the USA but brought no new jobs in. Are we better off than our parents' generation? Has all this Information Overload really helped us? It has helped the banks and the government! I won't start down that slippery slope here though!

My point is this.....people are realizing that there "has got to be more!" But it is not "things" they seek, it is something less tangible. But more important. "Things" didn't satisfy anybody, therefore people are turning inward more and more to find the happiness that has eluded them. I propose that finding the inner light is what they need. It made me think to say the least. But an answer as usual was found close by. The fun is that in this world, we do not have to perform perfect behavior. Behavior is irrelevant as long as we are forgiving everything we see. The truth, which simply IS, it doesn't need to be "found" or "figured out," is the idea that only spirit actually exists. The Source or Spirit or God, whatever you want to call that which is in you and nowhere else, is very unconcerned with what goes on in our daytime dreams of this earth. As long as you are forgiving everything here, let inspiration guide your actions and you cannot go wrong, and fun is a big part of the "Happy Dream" which is our goal right now, not in some imagined future which doesn't exist and never will. Perfect forgiveness yes, perfect behavior? NO!

Einstein....and You!

Albert Einstein, creator of the Theory of Relativity and e=mc^2, had major problems with the discoveries of quantum physics. He even called non-locality (the property of particles to behave as if they were still together even after being separated)as "Spooky action at a distance." Even the brilliant Einstein wanted things to be found to be the way they had always been assumed to be. He never reconciled this split with his contemporaries.

Wallace D. Memories, or stuck shared programs from the past that drag us all around the "River Wild" known as life never take a vacation! Why should our clearing ever stop? Miracles big and small are occuring every day for those of us who remember when the battle is raging to pause and observe our thoughts, occupy the present moment, and repeat all day long "I Love You" to the same source within us all. How would you react to anything if you believed it was perfect? Wallace D Wattles in The Science of Being Great profers the thought that "the world and everything and everyone in it is perfect, just incomplete."
Each time you see another today, one whom we learned a while back after all was invited into your world by you, think of that person (or situation or event) as perfect though incomplete. Remember our "modified Golden Rule" states that how you treat others you treat yourself. Now following that thought process, we will be concluding today that we are perfect, though incomplete.
Try this thinking today, and see if it doesn't make you feel lighter and closer to the source.

Level Confusion and Skepticism

Spirit, the Source, whatever we decide to call divinity, does not act in this world. A common mistake is to believe that the spirit works in the world, giving us parking spaces when we need them on Christmas Eve and things like that. Comforting to remember though is that everything we experience in the world is a direct reflection of our mind. When we start to let spirit rule our thoughts rather than the ego, our base ideas at the core of our mind begin to loosen up. This in turn, like the analogy of the projector, causes our "world" view and all the people and things in it to "act" in a kinder, friendlier, wealthier way so to speak.

You do not have to believe this to practice it, to experience miracles. Doubt and skepticism are normal, we all have this resistance. Simply practice the four fundamental exercises we have learned, and see what happens. The doubt you need to remember is any small doubt you may have by now that the world DOES NOT work the way you always thought it did. Just this little doubt in that direction will pry open the door of the dark room and allow the light to begin to shine.

Big little tip for an easy day!

I run into a basic problem every day and I would wager you do too. The problem that overrides everything is the tendency to forget that the inner world and the outer world are one. The outer world that we see, hear, taste, smell and touch is a projection of our mind. Want to know a quick little way to fix the misperception all day long? Remember to be extra kind to EVERYONE you see or come into contact with, because, and this is the tidbit that puts it all into place, YOU INVITED THEM! Just remember all day today that you invited that person to call, stop by, honk at you, flip you off, etc. They are all YOUR guests in YOUR world. Try this and see if it doesn't make for one heck of an easy day! be hosting a free seminar for you on Thursday May 21st, 6:30 PM at Cal Northern School of Law.

This seminar will show you four major exercises that you can do to actually solve problems, increase business, clarify relationships and generally get you to a more peaceful and happy state of mind. I have spent years studying various methods and these have boiled down as the cream of the crop, guaranteed to help in just a short time after you put them into practice.

The only catch to this free seminar is that I want to meet with you a few weeks from now and discuss how you are doing and how the things you have learned have helped you.

Please feel free to bring family or friends, RSVP whether you can attend!
